By accessing or using the GodsKid Apparel website and online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place an order.
All apparel is made to order and printed on demand. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display reflects the exact appearance of the physical item. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we suspect may be fraudulent.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. For international orders, currency conversion is applied at checkout based on current exchange rates, and the final amount in your selected currency is shown before payment. Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and order size. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships. Shipping times are estimates and begin after production, not at the time of order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
Because each item is printed on demand, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or the wrong item, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
All content on this site — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and imagery — is the property of GodsKid Apparel and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, introduce viruses or harmful code, or use the site to transmit unsolicited communications.
GodsKid Apparel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
